Buying Procedure

2. Choose your stand, fill in offer form, effect payment on acceptance.
3. Sign an Agreement of Sale document, thereafter liaise with Kantor & Immerman (conveyancers) for transfers.
4. Pick your house design and be advised of the requirements from the Sales office.
